General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the 33bat platform and its users. By using this website or any related services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms. Please read the complete terms carefully before using the service.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The 33bat website (33bat.lat) and all digital services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created a registered account on 33bat or is using the platform's services.
• "Service" — All online gaming, sports betting, casino games, bonus benefits, and other digital entertainment content provided by 33bat.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile that grants access to the 33bat platform.
• "Bet" — A specific amount of money placed by a user on a game or event.

1.2 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all services on the 33bat platform. Specific games or promotions may have separate special terms, which will be described on the relevant service page. In the event of a conflict between special terms and general terms, the special terms will take precedence.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

To use 33bat's services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering on the platform or using any gaming services. 33bat may request a government-issued ID at any time for age verification.

2.2 Other Eligibility Conditions

The following persons may not register or operate an account on the 33bat platform:

• Those who are under any legal order to refrain from online gaming.
• 33bat employees, their immediate family members, and representatives of service partner organizations.
• Those who have previously been permanently banned from 33bat for rule violations.
• Persons enrolled in the self-exclusion program (see the Responsible Gaming section).

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 33bat, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. The information provided at registration must be genuine and your own. Creating an account with false or another person's information is a direct violation of this agreement.

3.2 One Person — One Account

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, or multiple family members operating separate accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method, may be subject to investigation as suspicious activity.

3.3 Password & Security

Keep your account login information completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 33bat support team immediately. The responsibility for maintaining account security rests entirely with the user.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

33bat may request identity verification documents at any time, which may include copies of a national ID card, passport, or driving license. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until identity verification is completed. Please submit accurate and clear documents to facilitate the verification process.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

33bat supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe may increase in complex verification situations.

4.3 Currency & Transaction Security

All transactions on 33bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Every financial transaction is secured by SSL encryption technology. If funds are deducted during a deposit but do not appear in your account due to a technical error, notify the support team immediately — the issue will be resolved subject to the necessary documentation.

4.4 Withdrawal Suspension

Withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended in the following situations:

• If the identity verification process is incomplete.
• If the wagering conditions for a bonus have not been met.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• During system maintenance.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. However, the maximum bonus is capped at ৳15,000 — meaning deposits of ৳32,000 or more will still only receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Policy Against Bonus Abuse

Attempting to earn bonuses by using multiple accounts, deliberately placing low-risk bets to take advantage of bonus benefits (bonus hunting), or exploiting the bonus system through any other unfair means may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

5.4 VIP Program

33bat's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier: Bronze offers up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, and Platinum 1.2% weekly cashback. The conditions for advancing to each VIP tier are described separately on the platform.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games operated on 33bat are conducted fairly and transparently. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

The results of incomplete games due to software errors, network disruptions, or other technical issues may be considered void, and the relevant bet amount will be refunded. Winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In the sports betting section, bet outcomes are processed based on the official result of the relevant event in accordance with the applicable rules. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or suspended indefinitely, 33bat reserves the right to settle bets at its own discretion. All event-related results are considered final by 33bat.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated through the technology and dealers of third-party game providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules and conditions of these games may also be governed by the respective provider's own regulations.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bat platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

7.1 Fraud & Deception

• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotional benefits.
• Attempting to disrupt the system using hacking, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Operating games using automated bots or scripts.

7.2 Money Laundering

• Any attempt to make funds obtained from illegal sources appear legitimate through the platform.
• 33bat is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Betting agreements or buying and selling accounts between users outside the platform.
• Unauthorized use of 33bat's logos, trademarks, or content.

Responsible Gaming

33bat believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We encourage users to develop healthy and measured gaming habits.

8.1 Setting Limits

Users can set weekly or monthly limits on their deposits, bets, or losses. Contact the support team to set limits.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Program

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can contact the support team to apply for self-exclusion for a set period of time or permanently. Your account will be locked during this period.

8.3 Age Verification & Protection of Minors

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Account Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Available balances may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal rules before the account is closed, however unused bonuses will be forfeited.

11.2 Account Suspension or Closure by 33bat

33bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Evidence of fraud or bonus abuse.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• Failure to submit requested documents within the specified time.

11.3 Appeals Process
